Gift Card Policy for FadezByJ

This Gift Card Policy applies to all physical and electronic gift cards ("Gift Cards" and "eGift Cards", respectively) sold by FadezByJ, located at 206 E. Second St., Winslow, Arizona 86047.

Purchase: Physical Gift Cards can be purchased at our shop location. eGift Cards can be purchased online through our website. Upon purchase, an eGift Card code will be electronically delivered to the recipient. Redemption: Both Gift Cards and eGift Cards are redeemable at FadezByJ for services or products. They cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

No Expiration: Our Gift Cards and eGift Cards do not expire, in compliance with Arizona state laws.

Non-Refundable: Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as required by law.

Lost or Stolen Cards: FadezByJ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or any unauthorized card use. Gift Cards and eGift Cards are treated as cash.

Balance Inquiry: Cardholders can check their balance by contacting FadezByJ at jalen@thefadezbyj.com.

eGift Card Specifics: eGift Cards are delivered electronically via email. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the correct email address is provided for eGift Card delivery. eGift Cards are usually delivered without delay; however, in some cases, there may be a processing delay.

Compliance with Law: This Gift Card Policy is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and may be void where prohibited.

Changes to Policy: FadezByJ reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
